Who runs this site

WIPEOUT is built and operated by DotNow Labs LLC ("DotNow Labs", "we", "us").

The service

WIPEOUT is a game that is still in development. The site is offered free of charge, and using it does not create any partnership, employment, agency or similar relationship between you and us.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use the site.

Acceptable use

Play fairly and lawfully, for your own personal enjoyment. Do not try to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around its security, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual property

The WIPEOUT name, characters, artwork, code and other content belong to DotNow Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or sell them without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or end any part of the site at any time, including during testing, without notice.

If the site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DotNow Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
