Privacy Policy

In short: WIPEOUT has no accounts, no ads and no advertising trackers. We process a small amount of information to run the site, keep it secure and understand how it is used.

What we process

Like any website, our servers and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the page you asked for, so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse.

Site analytics

We run our own first-party analytics. It records page views, referrers, campaign labels, browser, operating system and device families, language, screen-size groups, an approximate country, time on page, scroll depth and page-load speed. It uses no cookies and does not store raw IP addresses: visits are counted with a one-way key that changes every day and cannot be turned back into an IP address. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, analytics is switched off. Analytics stores nothing in your browser; the game itself saves your game settings in your browser's local storage.

How we use it

To operate and secure the site, fix problems, and understand which parts of it people use.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Cloudflare processes request data on our behalf to host and protect the site. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep information only as long as we need it to run the site, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Individual analytics events are deleted after 35 days; after that only aggregated totals remain, for up to 400 days.

Your choices

You can turn analytics off with your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting. To ask about information we hold, contact us.

Children

WIPEOUT is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
